This Privacy Policy describes how DriveCode ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Services Covered

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services published by DriveCode, including:

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you play our mobile games or interact with our website, certain technical data may be collected automatically:

• Gameplay & Analytics Data — game progress, level completion, scores, session duration, and feature interactions (via Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics 4).
• Technical & Device Information — device model, operating system version, device and app identifiers (e.g., IDFV on iOS, Android Advertising ID), screen resolution, language settings, and general location (country/city level derived from IP).
• Crash, Diagnostic & Performance Reports — stack traces, memory state, error logs, and app performance measurements, collected to help us fix bugs and improve stability (via Firebase Crashlytics and, in Cosmo Sudoku, Firebase Performance Monitoring).
• Advertising Data — ad impressions, interactions, and advertising identifiers used for frequency capping, measurement, and delivering relevant ads (via Google AdMob and the ad networks it works with, listed in Section 4 and in our app-ads.txt). On iOS, your advertising identifier (IDFA) is only accessed if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Remote Configuration — our games download settings (such as difficulty, rewards, and promotions of our other games) from Firebase Remote Config. This request carries technical device information.

2.2 Game Accounts & Cloud Save (Cosmo Mahjong, Cosmo Color Sort, Cosmo Shikaku)

These three games save your progress on our servers, hosted by Supabase, so it is not lost and cannot be tampered with:

• Anonymous game account — on first launch the game creates an account identified only by a random ID. No name, email address, or password is needed to play.
• Game data — levels cleared and best times, streaks, in-game currency and items, rewards claimed, and which items you own. Rewarded-ad completions are confirmed to our servers by Google AdMob using this random ID, so that the reward can be credited.
• Optional sign-in with Apple or Google — if you choose to link your game account, we receive your email address (with Sign in with Apple this may be a private relay address) and an account identifier from Apple or Google. We never receive your Apple or Google password. Signing in is optional and lets you restore your progress on another device.

The other games — Cosmo Block Puzzle, Cosmo Solitaire and Cosmo Sudoku — do not create an account and keep your progress on your device only.

2.3 Notifications

• Some of our games can schedule local reminders (for example, for a daily puzzle or streak). These are created on your device and need no data to leave it.
• Cosmo Sudoku can receive push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging, which uses a device token issued by Google or Apple.
• You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

2.4 Information You Provide Directly

• Support & Inquiries — your email address and any message content you provide when contacting us at support@drivecode.ai or submitting forms on drivecode.ai.
• Account & Data Deletion Requests — your email address, selected application, and optional reason submitted via our deletion portal at drivecode.ai/delete-account.

2.5 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect precise GPS location data.
• We do not access your contacts, photo library, microphone, or camera.
• We do not collect or store payment card numbers or banking details. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple or Google.

4. Third-Party Services

Our mobile games and website integrate trusted third-party SDKs and service providers. These partners may process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies, and may do so in countries other than your own:

Not every game uses every ad network; they are served through Google AdMob mediation. For a complete list of authorized digital advertising sellers and partners, see our app-ads.txt.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Our mobile games may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions (such as removing advertisements or unlocking premium themes).

• All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
• We receive only a transaction receipt / token confirming the purchase, which is validated through Qonversion to unlock the corresponding features.
• We never receive, process, or store your payment card or banking information.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• On-device progress & preferences stay on your device and are removed when you uninstall the game.
• Game account data (Cosmo Mahjong, Color Sort, Shikaku) is kept on our servers for as long as your game account exists, so your progress is not lost. If you play without signing in, your game account is identified only by a random ID and is not linked to your name or email address.
• Analytics & Diagnostic Data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form according to standard third-party retention cycles.
• Data Deletion: If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can request permanent deletion of your game account and its server data at any time using our self-service form at drivecode.ai/delete-account with the email address of that account. You can also request deletion of your support records through the same form or by emailing support@drivecode.ai. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 7 business days.

7. Data Security

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

• All web traffic and API communications, including game account sync, use encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• Anti-abuse and bot protection is enforced via Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Access to support records is restricted to authorized personnel only.

8. Children's Privacy

Our puzzle games are designed for a general audience and family-friendly entertainment. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@drivecode.ai and we will promptly delete such information.

9. Your Rights (GDPR & International Users)

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Economic Area, UK, and California), you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data via drivecode.ai/delete-account.
• Consent: Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), our games ask for your consent to personalised advertising through Google's consent tool before such ads are shown.
• Opt-Out: Limit ad tracking through your device operating system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
