This Privacy Policy describes how DriveCode ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our web applications, Telegram Mini Apps, websites, and services (collectively, "Services").

This policy applies to all products and services published by DriveCode, including but not limited to:

  • Larko (larko.ai) — business management and automation platform (Web & Telegram Mini App)
  • drivecode.ai — corporate website and SaaS development services
  • Mobile applications including Sana Sort: Color Water Puzzle and Block Puzzle Pro: Singularity
  • Legacy applications including Sudoku Pro: Classic Logic and KeyForge
  • Any future applications and services published under the DriveCode brand

2.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, the following data may be collected automatically:

  • Analytics data — anonymous usage statistics, interactions, and session data (via Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics 4).
  • Technical data — IP address hashes, device/browser information, and UTM marketing tags for attribution and security (via Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Crash reports — technical data about app errors (via Firebase Crashlytics).

2.2 Information You Provide

Depending on the Service used, we may request:

  • Authentication data — if you sign in via Telegram, Google, or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and platform-specific User ID.
  • Business data (Larko) — company details, worker lists, and business metrics you input into the Larko platform.
  • Contact information — if you submit a form on drivecode.ai or reach out for support via email.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your precise GPS location.
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, or files unless explicitly permitted for a specific feature (e.g., uploading an avatar).
  • We do not collect or store raw payment information (credit card numbers). All billing is handled by our Merchants of Record (Paddle, Apple, Google).

Note regarding AI Features: Do not submit highly sensitive personal information (PII) to AI chatbots or generation tools, as queries may be processed by third-party LLMs.


5. Subscriptions & Billing

When you subscribe to premium features on Larko or other web services:

  • Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
  • We receive a purchase confirmation and subscription status via webhook to unlock your premium features.
  • We do not store your credit card details.

For legacy mobile applications, payments are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.


6. Data Retention

  • Business & Authentication data is retained while your account is active.
  • Analytics and crash data is retained according to the respective provider's standard retention policies.
  • You may request complete account deletion at any time.

7. Data Security

We implement rigorous measures to protect your information:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS/WSS).
  • Secure, isolated database schemas hosted on dedicated Hetzner servers within the European Union (EU).
  • No direct storage of passwords; authentication is token-based via third parties (Telegram, Google, Apple).

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services, particularly Larko, are intended for business use and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.


9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete your account and associated data via the app settings or by contacting us.
  • Opt out of analytics or marketing communications.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
