By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Services Covered
This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services published by DriveCode, including:
- drivecode.ai — corporate website and mobile game engineering services
- Cosmo Mobile Puzzle Games Series:

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you play our mobile games or interact with our website, certain non-personal and technical data may be collected automatically:
- Gameplay & Analytics Data — game progress, level completion, high scores, session duration, and feature interactions (via Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics 4).
- Technical & Device Information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV on iOS, Android Advertising ID), screen resolution, language settings, and general location (country/city level derived from IP).
- Crash & Diagnostic Reports — stack traces, memory state, and error logs collected at the time of an application crash to help us fix bugs and improve stability (via Firebase Crashlytics).
- Advertising Data — ad impressions, interactions, and advertising identifiers used for frequency capping and delivering relevant ads (via Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and verified partners listed in our app-ads.txt).
2.2 Information You Provide Directly
- Support & Inquiries — your email address and any message content you provide when contacting us at support@drivecode.ai or submitting forms on drivecode.ai.
- Account & Data Deletion Requests — your email address, selected application, and optional reason submitted via our deletion portal at drivecode.ai/delete-account.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect precise GPS location data.
- We do not access your contacts, photo library, microphone, or camera.
- We do not collect or store payment card numbers or banking details. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple or Google.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Our mobile games may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions (such as removing advertisements or unlocking premium themes).
- All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
- We receive only an encrypted receipt / transaction token confirming the purchase to unlock the corresponding features.
- We never receive, process, or store your payment card or banking information.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
- Gameplay Progress & Preferences are primarily stored locally on your device or synchronized with your platform account (iCloud / Google Play Games).
- Analytics & Diagnostic Data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form according to standard third-party retention cycles.
- Data Deletion: You can request permanent deletion of your data and support records at any time using our self-service form at drivecode.ai/delete-account or by emailing support@drivecode.ai. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 7 business days.
7. Data Security
We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:
- All web traffic and API communications use encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols.
- Anti-abuse and bot protection is enforced via Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Access to support records is restricted to authorized personnel only.
8. Children's Privacy
Our puzzle games are designed for a general audience and family-friendly entertainment. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@drivecode.ai and we will promptly delete such information.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Economic Area, UK, and California), you may have the right to:
