These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by DriveCode ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all products and services published by DriveCode, including:

  • drivecode.ai — corporate website and mobile engineering services
  • Cosmo Mobile Puzzle Games Series:
    • Cosmo Block Puzzle: Pentomino
    • Cosmo Color Sort: Water Puzzle
    • Cosmo Mahjong: Zen Solitaire
    • Cosmo Shikaku: Rectangles
    • Cosmo Solitaire: Card Game
    • Cosmo Sudoku: Number Puzzle
  • Any future applications and services published under the DriveCode brand

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some of our mobile applications offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions (such as ad removal or premium feature packs).

  • Billing & Processing: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID Account or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.
  • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your device Account Settings after purchase:
    • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
    • Android: Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

3. Refund Policy

  • All financial transactions and in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple or Google. DriveCode does not process payments directly and cannot issue direct refunds.

4. Account & Data Deletion

  • You may request permanent deletion of your data and records at any time via drivecode.ai/delete-account.
  • Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

5. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Use the Services strictly for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from our mobile applications.
  • Not use automated bots, cheats, mods, exploits, or unauthorized tools to manipulate gameplay or bypass in-app features.
  • Not disrupt, overburden, or compromise the security and stability of our servers or infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, visual designs, puzzle mechanics, software code, artwork, music, sound effects, trademarks, and logos within our Services are the exclusive property of DriveCode or its licensors.
  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal entertainment.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • DriveCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, game progress, or device disruption arising from your use of the Services.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to DriveCode for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our games, technical changes, or legal requirements.
  • The latest version will always be posted on drivecode.ai/terms. Continued use of our Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
