How long does the deletion take?
We process all deletion requests within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
What data gets deleted?
All account data including your profile, preferences, and game progress (for Cosmo Block Puzzle, Cosmo Color Sort: Water Puzzle, Cosmo Mahjong, Cosmo Solitaire: Card Game, and Cosmo Sudoku: Number Puzzle). Anonymous analytics data that cannot be linked to you may be retained.
Can I undo a deletion request?
Once processed, the deletion is permanent. Before that, you can contact us at support@drivecode.ai to cancel.
Do I need to be logged in?
No. You just need to provide the email address associated with your account.
