This Privacy Policy describes how DriveCode ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all products and services published by DriveCode, including but not limited to:
- Sudoku Pro: Classic Logic — mobile puzzle game (iOS & Android)
- KeyForge — secure password manager (iOS & Android)
- drivecode.ai — company website
- Any future applications and services published under the DriveCode brand
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, the following data may be collected automatically:
- Analytics data — anonymous usage statistics such as sessions, screen views, and feature interactions (via Firebase Analytics).
- Crash reports — technical data about app errors, including device model, OS version, and stack traces (via Firebase Crashlytics).
- Device identifiers — anonymous app instance identifiers used for analytics.
2.2 Information You Provide (Optional)
Some features may optionally request:
- Authentication data — if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and account identifier provided by the sign-in service. Sign-in is always optional.
- Contact information — if you reach out to us via email for support.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your precise location.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or files.
- We do not collect payment or financial information — all purchases are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store.

5. Advertising & Subscriptions
Advertising
Some of our apps may display advertisements, including:
- Rewarded ads — optional, user-initiated ads (e.g., watch a video to earn extra lives or hints).
- Interstitial ads — full-screen ads shown at natural transition points.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. In connection with advertising, the following data may be collected:
- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / IDFA) — used to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.
- Ad interaction data — impressions, clicks, and views.
- Device and network information — device type, OS version, IP address (for ad delivery and fraud prevention).
You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable tracking for the app
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer premium subscriptions and in-app purchases (managed via Qonversion). When you subscribe or make a purchase:
- Payment is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store — we do not collect or store payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
- We receive a purchase confirmation and subscription status to unlock premium features.
- Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is handled through your app store account.
6. Data Retention
- Analytics and crash data is retained according to Firebase's standard retention policies.
- Authentication data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Game and app data is stored locally on your device unless you opt in to cloud sync.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your information:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Secure on-device storage for sensitive data.
- No storage of passwords — authentication is delegated to Google and Apple.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Opt out of analytics by adjusting your device settings.
- Withdraw consent for push notifications via your device settings.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
