These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, "Services") provided by DriveCode ("we", "us", or "our").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all products and services published by DriveCode, including but not limited to:

  • Sudoku Pro: Classic Logic — mobile puzzle game (iOS & Android)
  • KeyForge — secure password manager (iOS & Android)
  • drivecode.ai — company website
  • Any future applications and services published under the DriveCode brand

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Some of our apps offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases ("In-App Purchases").

  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • DriveCode does not collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
  • Subscription terms (duration, price, trial period) are displayed in the app before purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Free trials: If offered, the trial period is clearly stated. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.

How to manage or cancel subscriptions:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

  • You can request account and data deletion at any time via drivecode.ai/delete-account.
  • Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

5. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Use the Services only for their intended purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our applications
  • Not use automated bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized access methods
  • Not distribute or share premium content obtained through subscriptions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, design, trademarks, and assets within our Services are owned by DriveCode or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without written permission.
  • User-generated data (e.g., saved game progress, stored passwords) remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • DriveCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep our Services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may suspend or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
  • Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
