How long does the deletion take?
We process all deletion requests within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
What data gets deleted?
All account data including your profile, preferences, game progress (for Sudoku Pro), and stored keys (for KeyForge). Anonymous analytics data that cannot be linked to you may be retained.
Can I undo a deletion request?
Once processed, the deletion is permanent. Before that, you can contact us at support@drivecode.ai to cancel.
Do I need to be logged in?
No. You just need to provide the email address associated with your account.
